Keen Support Services was founded by Joseph Knapp and Erica Morris.
Joseph Knapp – Technical Services Manager
Joe has been working in the semiconductor industry for over 15 years. He has worked in the United States and Europe and managed teams of engineers in India. These experiences help Joe to communicate with people across a multitude of cultures and disciplines.
After earning his degree in Electronic Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, Joe went on to work for such companies as Stanford Telecom, Marvell Semiconductor, NewLogic and Wipro. He has contributed to a range of devices from GPS satellite test sets for Boeing to Wi-Fi access points for Netgear.
Erica Morris – Operations Manager
Erica comes to Keen Support Services with a strong background in project management. After creating catalogs for several years, she is now bringing her organizational and accounting skills to the front office of Keen Support Services.
